Bright flashing lights and bright overlays in the game.

Hello, i'm having trouble with red/blue/green bright lights, often when it rains and even when it isn't, there is also the occasional blocky overlays in red/blue/green, . They are affecting the gameplay and generate damage to the eyes, especially when they become persitent in a match. 

I know that my PC is in the low end of specs, but beyong the bright lights the game runs well, but the lights hurts to look at when they happen and make it impossible to play.

My PC spec are:

11th gen Intel core i7-1185G7 3 ghz
- 16 GB RAM
- Intel Iris Xe Graphics (integrated, 8GB shared VRAM)
