Stuck in hole on Cryo in Biostock

- Rough Date and Time of issue - Occured today 5/2 around 5:30 CST.
I was climbing above and fell into the wall in Biostock on Cryo. Could not jump, mantle or crouch walk out. Tried downing myself, but nothing seemed to work. Lost a gold brrt, purple shield and purple backpack, among other items. Would be cool to get those back.

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
