Game-Breaking Terrain Bug: Stuck in Pipeline near Outpost Pinwheel (PS5)
I am reporting a severe collision bug near the Outpost Pinwheel extraction zone. After a successful run (4 kills and looting Pinwheel), I attempted to climb over a pipeline to reach the exfill. My character became permanently stuck in the geometry with no way to move, jump, or glitch out.
As a player with limited time, losing high-tier loot and progress to a technical environment error is incredibly frustrating. I have attached evidence of the exact location below.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Reach the Outpost Pinwheel area.
- Attempt to vault/climb over the pipeline sections immediately adjacent to the exfill zone.
- Character becomes wedged in the collision box between the pipe and the ground.
Requested Action:
I am requesting a manual review of this instance to have my lost loot restored to my account, as this was not a gameplay failure but a technical environment bug. At the very least, please address this collision box to prevent other players from losing their progress in the same spot.

Hi there,
Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
