Lost loadout due to enless "Searching..." Screen.
Lost my loadout due to an issue with being connected to a match and not being able to load into the map. I even was able to speak with the other two members of the team I was paired with. They seem to have lost even more than I did, since they loaded in with a Gold key for Dire Marsh. I really hope things like this can be resolved.

We understand that you were stuck on an infinite "Searching..." screen and after restarting the game, you weren't able to properly load into the activity, resulting in lost loadout and match progression. This does sound like a potential connection-related issue.

For additional info, I had to close the game manually in order to attempt to load into another game. Was offed to reconnect and reconnected to the same infinite "Searching..." screen. The team members were gone.
I was stuck in the loading screen with two other individuals. How is it possible it was just me if there were two people in the same situation that I was?
