Vault 3 out of bounds

Was in vault 3 and clipped out of bounds into a room I could not get out of.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Detailed steps of what you were doing just before it happened and how you got out of bounds
    • If you are able to reproduce this, could you grab a clip that shows the full approach and not just the stuck state.
