My account was temporarily suspended for nothing ??? (1 month suspension, what is this ?)
So I just connected myself to marathon to play and got the message of my account getting a temporarily suspension (I send the screenshot of it). Firstly I want to say I've never been banned or so from any bungie games thats the first reason Bungie should overturn my restriction. I played since Halo, and never got banned, never took a single warning or so. And I see in the message that I got banned for 1 month until the 25 of May like wtf? I got no warnings or so before that ? its instantlty 1 month ban restriction where I can't play the game, because right now when I try to connect I can't even connect myself and play I don't have access to the game to play it. And little reminder that I didnt take any warnings before that and thats my first ban ? 1 month ban ? seriously ? It must be an error, either I guess I would go play other concurrent games, at least that dont get me ban for 1 month for nothing I guess.. And it says in the message: "the reason for this action is hate speech or other hateful content including racism, sexism, xenophobia or hate directed at religioous beliefs, cultural identity, gender identity, or sexual orientation." Like on some important ranked games when it counts and I am taking the game seriously and competitevly and I have 90% of the time people trolling, not using mic or griefing or just cheaters in ranked games on marathon it could happened that I've been taking it personnaly because its annoying and I could have been insulting the cheaters in proximity tchat (maybe because anti cheat is not working properly? and at high elo its unplayable for the majority of the games on marathon, would be a good time to answer the problems of cheaters to be fair but its an other problem i guess :) but yes) or getting overwhelmed, It may have happened that I let myself get carried away by my anger because I love the game, even if people troll but nothing too serious as what it's saying in the message with racism, sexism, xenophobia or hate directed at religioous beliefs, cultural identity, gender identity, or sexual orientation I would never do that. And again I never had a message warning for any behavior before. So yes I would like bungie to reconsider my suspension and overturn my ban restriction, because like 1 month restriction ? with not even a single warning before and taking such a long ban of 1 month from basically nothing ? Nah, must be a mistake, taking 1month ban restriction to not play the game I love without any warnings before and not even a single ban must be a joke.
I also send a report on help.bungie since 5 days now and still have no answer..

If you believe you were unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal request via this form. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld.
Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Once you've submitted a request, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.

Yes I believe and I am sure I was unfairly banned. Since I told you I've never been ban from bungie games and didn't even have at least one warning before that ban. And that suspension have a duration of 1 month ? Not even a first ban of 24h or so, 1 month. This is excessive and far too long for a first ban without warning before.
I already did submit an appeal request via the form. What do you mean there is no guarantee I will have a response ? I mean of course in THIS situation especially and surely I need an answer it must be, there is no other way possible it would make no sense, even if the ban was confirmed it can't stay like that and upheld since it's not even fair, not even a tiny bit. I am definetely not gonna take my first ban on bungie games of 1 month of ban without warnings before, not even one single ban or 24h ban without saying anything. And you told me all I can do from now it's to wait for an answer but I am not gonna let pass the 1 month unfair ban go until it ends if we answer to me in like 1 month close to the ban deadline.I would like to speak to a manager or have my request reviewed and the information escalated.
There is certainly no question of me accepting the fact that the ban is supposed to remain in place, especially given the situation; I have a legitimate right to contest it.
