  • The approximate date and time of when this happened
  • Where and how you got it
  • Who originally looted it
  • Was the item shared and, if so,:
    • Who looted it first
    • Who had it in their backpack at exfil
  • What exfil did you use?
  • Any screenshots or video that show:
    • The Prestige Salvage item tooltip
    • The Run Report / exfil summary with that item
    • The Codex Exquisite Taste entry still incomplete

  Thanks for the prompt response.

  The approximate date and time was 16:30 UTC on 26th of April.

  I originally looted the Synapse Cube from a container in Cryo Archive Vault 01. The item was not shared. I had it in my backpack at exfil. It might be worth noting that a friend in my team also exfilled with a Synapse Cube of his own in the same run; his codex entry completed whereas mine didn't.

  We used the exfil located in Cargo.
