Servers caused game crash and loss of full purple kit worth 20k
If there’s not enough players in Oceania to matchmake with a strong connection TELL ME THAT SO I CAN PLAY SOMETHING ELSE. This is the first time this has happened and I pray it’s the last time if I don’t get my gear back this time or the next time it happens I’m uninstalling

In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

The last time I had connectivity issues was in cryo and every team we killed had Asian characters for their names so it’s not the first time ive been at a disadvantage because the matchmaking has put me in another countries servers
YES I had a bad connection the entire match rubber banding everywhere I went until I hit a guarded extract and the second I shot at an enemy the server disconnected me and I was unable to reconnect I made sure to screen record and everything PLEASE fix this thank you!
