missing synapse cube?

issue - i have no idea where my synapse cube disappeared from out of my vault? i owned 2x synapse cubes and i haven't used it on any upgrades nor sold them so i'm lost as to where my 2nd cube went? i know i had enough because i had leech.exe available for upgrade but now its not even available?
date/time - idk, i literally just checked it out of random and it was gone so i have no time or recollection of when/where it went. i only have synapse cubes available for arachne right now so it hasn't been used in any other faction!

i also relogged and it was still missing so maybe i misclicked or something but i'd like to know what happened, if possible?

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • How many Synapse Cubes you had before, and where you saw that number
    • When you last clearly remember having them (date/time & activity)
    • Any barters or upgrades you bought right before noticing the loss
    • Map where you earned the cube and whether you were in a crew
    • Any disconnects or crashes
    • Screenshots or video of your vault and, if possible, from when you still had the extra cube

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    my apologies, i completely forgot about an upgrade i did with arachne (a long time ago) and gaslit myself last night thinking i had an extra one. i am so sorry, thank you for your help :3
