Drone Wing Bug Report: Barriers Not Deactivating After Objective Completion
Good morning Bungie developers,
We were just eliminated in the drone wing due to a quest issue. My teammate had a glitched objective, he scanned the required boxes beforehand. Once we entered the drone wing and activated the PC, the force field went up as expected. We destroyed all the boxes and the quest showed as completed, but the barriers did not deactivate, leaving us stuck. Is any form of compensation possible due to the loss of my equipment?

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Even if I have a recording, is there no way for me to obtain any form of compensation for the loss of my equipment?
