Compiler killed but no codex entry or skins unlocked

I cleared my first compiler over the weekend (at the buzzer) but was the only player on my team not to recieve the codex entry or runner shell skin (Thief)

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

In order to earn the Cryo Archive runner skin, you need to personally land damage on the Compiler itself while it’s exposed during its vulnerable phase. Helping with adds or terminals, carrying the Ganglion, or just being in the run isn’t enough to unlock the skin.

The next time that you encounter the Complier, grab a video showing that you are damaging the Compiler, your exfil and and the codex entry for the skin afterwards. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

Hi there,

Thanks for the videos.

A couple of quick follow-up questions:
- When you loaded into that Cryo run, do you remember if there were other crews in the match?
- Were you matchmade with any random players outside your own fireteam, or was it just your premade crew?
- Did your crew initiate the fight against the Complier?
- Approximately what date/time (with time zone) was this run?
