Game constantly crashing on xbox
Just lost a 19k key template run because the moment we engaged a team, before I even gained line of sight on the enemy, my game crashed me straight to the xbox home screen. This has been happening at least 2 to 4 times a day, without fail, with zero rhyme or reason behind it. Lost a full purple+gold kit, with 4 purple and blue key templates, because the product I paid 60 bucks for refuses to work properly. All that bragging about "making sure you only lose your gear if you lise or make a mistake" and yet the game is constantly crashing and still plagued by cheaters. Not even a basic gear refund, literally everything gets lost every time Bungie fails, and the player gets nothing but regret in trusting the wrong people.

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

Also, please make sure your console has good ventilation. Overheating can trigger safety shutdowns that look like random crashes.
