Killed the compiler 3 x but didnt receive my cryo skin
Hey, I did kill the compiler with my team 3 x times, one run with recon, one run with thief and one run with triage for the skin. I got the triage skin but recon and thief no. Thank you for your quick response. I would like to know if you would be able to assist me by manually unlocking the skins on my account, given the video evidence I have provided.
Unfortunately we're unable to manually unlock the skins on a case-by-case basis, but rest assured that we're currently investigating this.

I understand that manual unlocking is not possible. In that case, I would like to confirm what will happen once the issue is resolved.
If the bug is fixed, will the missing Recon and Thief skins be automatically granted to my account based on my previous completions, or will I need to complete the Compiler encounter again to unlock them?
Since I have already completed the requirements and provided video evidence, I would like to know if my progress has been tracked and will be recognized once a fix is deployed.
