Missing Final Exfil on Dire marsh – Loss of Loot
Hello,
I would like to report a bug I encountered during a recent Marathon match. In the final phase of the game, the final exfil did not appear on the zone Dire marsh, making it impossible for me to locate or reach it. As a result, I was unable to extract and lost a significant amount of loot.
I have clear video proof showing that the final exfil was not visible or accessible on the map. I have also contacted your Instagram account and sent the video there for reference. My Instagram handle is @brandon._.w5.
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is any way to recover the lost loot or otherwise resolve this situation?

Hi there,
Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
I just had this same thing happen. There was a second or two pause before the game clock ticked over to final exfil, but no exfil popped up. Lockdown had progressed to the second location in that instance, on algae ponds. Could that be related?
