Compiler Defeated With Successful Exfil, No Skin Awarded
Hello,
I just killed the compiler with a pre-made team of my friends and I on PC, breached vault 7, received the codex entry that confirmed that, but did not receive the Triage Sph'ticide skin on exfil.
The link below has screenshots of the compiler ganglion in my inventory, the lack of completion on the Cryologist kill codex challenge, 4/7 vaults cleared, with the below codex achievements listing only subroutines for vaults 1-3, demonstrating I have cleared vault 7 as the only way for that codex to show 4/7 instead of 3/7 with 3 subroutines, is to have vault 7 cleared.

Platform is steam, Bungie name is Goose#5789, infil @ 4:09EST~, exfil probably 4:40-4:42, no disconnects happened between the kill and exfil.
One of my teammates insisted they got the compiler final hit, and I trust them, so I'm assuming it's a bug, and that's why I've put in this report. On the stray chance that my teammate was wrong, I have some context. I did this with a separate team, they VOIP'ed to my team because they saw we had two gold shields and didn't want to take that fight. We invited them to kill the compiler with us, as positive organic encounters are exceedingly rare on Cryo and it seemed like a fun exciting time. It's rather saddening that I was gimped out of the skin, when my team brought in the DNA access key, and we were subsequently punished for having a good-faith positive interaction :( my teammates have cleared the Compiler before and have the skin for the runner they cleared with if I understand correctly so I can't cross-validate against them, which was my initial reaction to noticing I didn't have it, but this was my first kill so it meant a lot to me.
