MIDA TRUTH/LIES 2/6 Bug, lost prestige loot.
Me and my friends looted a synapse cube in pinnacle and went to do the contract. We got locked and lost all our loot. I have screenshots and proof of everything from all our POVs. Hope to get our stuff back.

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Just had the exact same thing happen to my team too all lost prestige gear... over 20k worth of gear each gone due to this bug... ridiculous that its a known bug but not patched yet when its literally causing teams to be stuck. No refund happened either through the game
