We got trapped at the end of Drone Wing after shooting all 7 red light objectives the red barrier wall came back up again and more UESC mobs respawned we tried to shoot any extra red light objectives but it still would not release us.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the report. 

    We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

    In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
