Crew stuck in queue for Outpost

My crew queued up for Outpost and have been stuck in queue for over 10-15 minutes. We tried reconnecting but seems the only solution is to forfeit our gear and return to menu.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry you got stuck in the queue.

If this happens again, please try the following:
1. Cancel and re-queue
  
  Have your crew leader cancel matchmaking, wait ~10 seconds, and re-queue for Outpost.
  
  If that doesn’t work, disband the crew, have everyone return to the main lobby, then reform the crew and try queuing again.
2. Swap leader or try solo
  
  Have a different crew member become leader and start the Outpost queue.
  
  If possible, have each person try solo-queuing into Outpost and let us know:
  
  Does solo queuing work?
  
  Does it only hang when you’re in a crew?
3. Try a different map
  
  With the same crew, try queuing into Perimeter or Dire Marsh.
  
  Tell us whether:
  
  Other maps work but Outpost does not, or
  
  All queues are getting stuck.
4. Restart the game / system
  
  Fully close the game (quit to desktop / console home), then relaunch and try again.
  
  If it still happens, restart your PC/console and try once more.
5. Quick network check
  
  If you’re on Wi-Fi, try wired if possible or a different network.
  
  Confirm that other online games or apps are working normally.

I am a part of this group that is currently stuck on the loading screen going on 20 minutes now. We cannot leave the queue without losing our gear. Reconnecting just puts us back at the searching screen.
