not able to play

i play on ps5 on when the game star everything is ok when the game connect to a session ithe game freeze and error on ps appear. when i talk to ps tell me is the side of the game have a problem somebody is able to help me

    Could you share a screenshot of the error message that is appearing on screen? 

  • is have no error code just green scrren 

    and error to send of playstation and have no code error

    Thanks for the screenshots.

    That CE-108255-1 error is a PS5 system crash message, and we’re tracking cases of it with Marathon on PS5.

    Please try the following:

    1. Change your PS5 system language
      • Go to Settings → System → Language.
      • If it’s set to Français (Canada), temporarily change it to English (United States/Canada) or Français (France).
      • Fully restart your PS5, then try launching Marathon again.

    2. Make sure both your PS5 system software and Marathon are fully up to date.

    3. If the crash still happens after changing language and updating, please send us:
      • Your PSN ID and Bungie Name
      • Your country or region and exact system language
      • Approximate time (with time zone) of your last crash
      • Whether this started only recently or has always happened at launch.
