Audio randomly dissappear in game and on main menu

The sound dissappear randomly and its completely silent please fix this.

    Hi there,

    Could you try some troubleshooting steps to see if it helps resolve the issue:

    1. Check your device’s audio output

      • Make sure your system volume isn’t muted and that the correct playback device is selected (headset vs. speakers).

      • If you’re on PC, try switching the default output device (e.g., from speakers to headset, then back).

    2. Restart game and platform

      • Fully close the game (not just back to title), then restart your platform (PC or console) and relaunch the game.

    3. Disable overlays and audio software (PC)

      • Temporarily turn off apps that can hook into audio (Discord overlay, GeForce/AMD overlays, MSI Afterburner, third‑party EQ/virtual surround apps) and test again.

    4. Check audio settings in game

      • Open the in‑game Audio settings.

      • Confirm that Master Volume, SFX, Music, and Dialogue are not set to 0 and that no “mute when not in focus/background” option is enabled if you’re alt‑tabbing.

    5. Verify or reinstall game files

      • Use your platform’s “verify integrity / repair” option on the game.

      • If the problem persists across multiple sessions and other games work fine, consider a full reinstall as a last step.

    • The approximate date and time of when this first started to happen
    • What you were doing when the sound cut out (e.g., loading into a match, returning to main menu, alt‑tabbing, changing audio devices)
