  Hi there,

  Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

  Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

  • Your Platform
  • The approximate date and time of when this happened
  • Were you playing as Rook or a regular runner when this happened?
  • Map and activity (for example: Perimeter, Dire Marsh, etc.):
  • Exact NuCaloric upgrade you purchased right before noticing the missing Alien Alloy (name/tier, if you remember):
  • Cost of that upgrade in Alien Alloy shown in-game (for example: “Costs 3 Alien Alloy”):
    
    

  • Before the upgrade:

    • Total Alien Alloy you remember having:

    • How many separate stacks and where they were (Vault vs Backpack), for example:

      • Vault: 1 stack of 10, 1 stack of 3

      • Backpack: 1 stack of 5
        
        

  • After the upgrade:

    • Total Alien Alloy you have now:

    • How many stacks you see now and where (Vault vs Backpack):

    • Did you notice stacks merging, shuffling, or briefly disappearing in the Vault right after the purchase?
      
      

  • Other materials / behavior

    • Did any other purple materials change unexpectedly at the same time (amounts or stacks)?

    • Did you see anything unusual in the Vault (items not loading, empty rows, or items only appearing after changing tabs)?
