No Dire Marsh Final Exfil
Went in with the purpose of turning 3 purple key templates into keys, waited by Greenhouses for final exfil. It did not spawn, lost those, the mats used to buy them, and some other purple gear. This needs to be fixed as that was a devastating loss. Is there anyway I can get those key templates refunded? The purple gear is whatever but burning mats to turn templates into keys and losing them to this is not good.

Thank you for the report. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
Rest assured that we're seeing a rise in reports about the posted issue occurring and are currently investigating.
So should I or should I not expect to get these items back since it was kind of server related? The server failed to spawn final exfil
