Friend List Sorting - Online Players in Offline Bungie Connections
Since the most recent patch on 04/14 I have noticed that friends who I would typically see in the Online Bungie Connections list are only showing in the Offline Bungie Connections list, even when they are online and their name is illuminated.
Players who I have added in-game on Marathon accurately shows them as online in Online Marathon Connections, but most of my prior connections from Destiny appear in the Offline list.
I thought one of my friends who I play very often with hadn't been online for a couple of days, until I noticed their username was all the way at the bottom of my friend list while they were online. My partner's username also appears at the top of my offline list when they are online.

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
This is a visual sorting bug only. Those friends are still online and you should still be able to join or invite them normally from your list.
Thank you for the reply! I understand they are online, but the issue is I can't see friends all the way at the bottom of my offline list.
A friend actually just sent me a screenshot that it shows me in the Offline list for him while I am currently in-game.
