TWITCH DROPS, ARG DROPS, PROMO COSMETICS DISAPPEARED/DISAPPEARING FROM MY INVENTORY SINCE UPDATE

  Hi there,

  Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.
  
  First, could you let us know the following:
  

  • Have you tried restarting the game since this started?

  • Have you tried switching characters?

  • Have you tried switching platforms (if you have more than one linked)?

  • Any other steps you’ve already tried (reinstall, verify files, etc.)?
    
    

  If the above didn't help and things are still missing, we'll need some more details:

  • Your Platform
  • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    
  • Is Cross Save enabled? If yes, which platform is your primary?
  • A list of the cosmetics that are missing
    
    

  For each missing item, please list:

  • Item name (e.g., Smol Kitty sticker, specific emblem/shader/charm, etc.):
  • Item type (sticker / emblem / shader / armor ornament / weapon ornament / charm / etc.):
  • How you earned it (Twitch Drop, ARG reward, promo code, partner bundle, mailbox message, etc.):
  • Approximate date you earned/claimed it:
  • Where you used to see it (which tab/section in Locker/Customize/Collections, weapon + sticker slot, etc.):
  • If you have several missing items, a simple list like this is perfect:

  • Item name – type – source – where it used to be
    
    

  • Also, right before you noticed things missing, were you:

    • Claiming any mailbox messages?

    • Switching platforms (e.g., from console to PC)?

    • Changing any Cross Save settings?
      
      

  • Please share screenshots of:

    1. Your Customize screen where Smol Kitty and other missing cosmetics should appear.

    2. Any remaining mailbox messages related to Twitch / promo / make‑good rewards.

    3. The Bungie.net Partner Rewards / Twitch Drops page showing these rewards as claimed.
