[Rook] Losing gear from overflow on exfil

- Description of Issue - Extracted with a full backpack on Rook and some items didn't go to overflow. They weren't automatically added to my vault or sold for credits either, they just disappeared. Video is attached to the ticket, the main item I noticed missing is the Outland. Starting to wonder now how many times this happens without me noticing. My loadout value in game before exfil was 17.5k and on exfil the post match summary says 11k.
