truth/lies 2/6 bug
Hello, I am looking to have my gear refunded for a bug that locked me in a room after a contract. Two people on my team were doing it, one left after it said to exfil to complete, and then it locks me in the room. These quests need to be disabled if you KNOW they're broken and causing people to lose gear. What can I do to gear my loot back? Thank you.

If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
same here i blew the boxes before interacting with the panel to escape and i was locked in. The lockout on the last step needs to be removed completely. Every single youtube guide has comments of people being locked in. The final lockdown should just be removed once the final objective is completed or at least remove the need to exfil
Ive done this 2 times and have lost time, gear and teams over this.

Up this , just did 2 time the full quest got stuck both time , first with a full team second with only one of two who didnt belive he will be stuck whit me , u cant have a priority contract that bug like this and make ppl lose their gear and time for nothing is unnacceptable

I would also like to have my gear returned due to this bug. I have a screenshot of my load out because we got trapped in the room even after destroying all red markers and getting a quest complete notification "exfil to complete" but the red walls would not come down.

Course of events that caused me to lose this inventory (and two teammates with equal and better gear)
Entered Drone Wing to do the quest.
Scanned drones 3/3
Hacked Shielding 1/1
Destroyed drone wing nodes until it unlocked, then looted around for a minute
we then interacted with the secured resource box and it re locked the drone wing? or someone shot another unlock node, we couldn't tell what happened.

Can we please get some communication about getting our gear back?
me and some friends went in there same contract and lost 22k worth of loot my mate lost 18k worth of loot. Easily done the contract got trapped and lost A LOT of gear i have screenshots of everything if needed but would love an item refund on it all please , we wiped the entire lobby and get cooked by a bug.... made us feel let down heavily.... we almost uninstalled the game i can not lie hours and hours of grinding materials keys and what not weapons and yea wasnt a very fun experience but if i need to provide screenshots of loot lost and what not i can i have them. This happened like 20 mins ago 5pm UK time zone 22/04/2026 so again would love a full times refund please 🙏🙏figured might as well edit this message and add the screenshots to save time Names are Ultron1106#0671 EndlessNights#1315
