The fix to tap/toggle Prox Chat broke it for other functions (i.e. Equipment and Consumable Radial)

I used to be able to set the Equipment/Consumable Radial functions to "Tap" and it would open the Radial (and keep it open without holding, like a Toggle), I made my choice, then Tap again and it went away. Since the 4/14 update that made the "Tap" for Prox Chat work more like a Toggle, it inadvertently changed how "Tap" works for the Radials, and presumably other functions as well. Now, with them set to "Tap", there is no way to open the Radials, no matter how short/long I press the button.

I can use "Press" or "Double Press" or "Hold" but for some reason, all of those require actually holding the button. Which is awkward on controller because you need to take your thumb off the left stick to control the right stick to make your selection. Unless you map the Radial button to a bumper or d-pad, but those are all used up for me already. I don't mind removing my thumb from the stick briefly to start the Radial then tap it again (as before), but holding it is too involved. And now there's no way to use the Radials without Holding (since, again, Press and Double Press also require Holding for some reason).

So the issue is "Tap" used to work as a Toggle for the Radials, but not for Prox Chat. Now it works as a Toggle for Prox Chat, but not for the Radials.

Solution: either make "Tap" a "Toggle" across the board, or change Press and Double Press to not need to be held to keep the Radials open.
