Removing Weapon Attachments with Rook Vault Overflow

- Description of Issue - When dealing with a full vault with Rook equipped, removing a weapon's attachment via the 'Inspect/Modify' menu will place the removed attachments into the player's backpack. Since Rook cannot have items placed in it's backpack, the player must select a different shell, then sell/remove the attachments from the backpack. From the player's point of view, it may appear the attachments were deleted. Upon switching shells, the items will appear in the backpack. Upon loading into and finishing a run (either exiling or dying) the items are sent to overflow.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - N/A, occurs every time situation is encountered.
- Repro steps - With a full or overflowing Vault: Equip Rook Shell, select any weapon in Vault and 'Inspect/Modify' it, remove any attachments (The game will notify the item was sent to Backpack).
In short, this interaction does not result in lost items, even upon a failed subsequent run; however, the items may appear lost to the player. Attachments should be restricted from removal if they cannot fit in the vault and the backpack is unable to accept items. It should function the same as a runner with a sponsored kit.
