Missing schemas from reward pass

Hey, purchased both a purple and prestige schema on the non-premium rewards pass using silk.. the first purple schema (page 3, Impact H-AR) I didnt understand and though it maybe unlocked in the faction trading page.. but after finding a schema and exfilling with it a few days later, I went back to realise I had never received it. Now, what prompted this request, was: I purchased the prestige "v85 circuit breaker shcema" on page 4, while on rook with room in my vault, and did not receive it. I restarted my ps5 after logging out and back in and still it is no where to be found.

Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Did you check the Schemas section of the Armory where sponsored kits are?
- Is the weapon tile is missing entirely or present but greyed out?
- Have you ever seen the missing schema in the Armory before on your account?
- Can you share a video that shows:
1. Your SILK balance.
2. Purchase the schema from the Rewards Pass tile.
3. Immediately go to Armory → Schemas tab and show the missing entry.
- If you don't happen to have the video, screenshots of:
1. The purchased tile on the Rewards Pass marked as claimed.
2. The section of the Armory where the weapon should appear.
You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

Unless it just unlocks in the "schemas tab" in the armory, then i'm tripping.. there should def be a better description involving these as if I am correct, and it just unlocks in the armory... and not, "you have to exfil with this schema to receive a prestige circuit breaker", that is mildly confusing.
