Server Connection Issues (wrong Server)

Why have I been connecting to US servers when I live in OCE??

Not only have I checked my location settings on the PC but, when I auto connect with other games I still connect to OCE and ASIA Servers. Considerably, this game becomes unplayable. There shouldn't be a reason to even go as far as connected to any servers besides OCE and ASIA. 

I have done my checks, my computer location is set to Australia, I am not using a VPN, my IPS is set to the default that was provided by the ISP.
