Missing contracts rewards.

I completed my favorite hatch quest and opened a vault the same game and it said it completed the quest but I wasn't able to claim my rewards and my contract just disappeared.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Exact contract name and Faction
    • When this happened relative to Cryo ending
    • Was Cryo was still active in the lobby afterward, or did it look like Cryo had just ended when they got back to menu?
    • Did the run summary ever show a reward screen or mention contract rewards?
    • Did the contract card disappear from the Faction screen with no “Claim” step?
    • Did any items, keys, materials, crates, or credits that appear immediately after that run?

    • Factions screen now 
    • Inventory tabs that should have gotten a reward
  • I play on xbox, happened to me at like 10:50 on Sunday morning 4/12. I was doing the CyAc quest "Good Hatch". It was honestly just as cyro was ending and when I had finished my final run of the weekend. My run summary said I completed it and everything and when I returned to my faction menu I couldn't claim my rewards anywhere. It actually stopped me from starting runs by saying I needed to claim completed contract but it was no where to be claimed. I'm not sure where to submit a picture but I was filming a video of my insane loot run I had and I got my contract being completed in the run summary on camera.

    To add screesnhots to a thread:

    • Open the thread and sign in

      • Go to the specific post on the Community tab.
      • Click Sign in (top-right) and log into your Bungie account if you aren’t already.
    • Start your reply

      • Scroll to the bottom of the thread and click in the “Add a comment” box.
