Game Froze upon seeing another player

Platform was on Steam
Time was around 12:15am JST
I dont know how to recreate it but its happened on several occasions and its completely random

Im using a Rx 5700x GPY with an amd ryzen 9 5950x CPU 

When I was playing the game just now, I was running to a new area with my team while on thief. I fell a jump right in front of enemy players and my game froze for a solid second when it spotted them, when it unfroze i was already downed. This isnt the first time this has happened, and its not a pc issue because I recently upgraded my CPU from a ryzen 3700x and I had the same issue. Only things open were steam discord and wallpaper engine. It happens when at least 2 players are on the screen at the same time because in a previous run i only saw one and it didnt freeze
