Stuck under the floor in Cryo Archive.
I was fighting in Cryo and went down. My bag was sent under a cosmetic floor opening - looked like a cargo elevator of sorts. I was res'd by my triage, but couldn't get out. I wouldn't normally care all that much, but I brought a decent kit in and lost it to a bug. Full video is on Medal. Please fix this. If at all possible, I'd love for my team to get gear refunds too. It's way too expensive to lose it like this. Absolutely insane.
Pardon my french in the video - we're in deep with decent gear and this ruined our run. The encounter begins at 6:00. You'll see where and how I died. Then you'll see where I am when the triage gets me up.

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
