Dire Marsh - Final Exfil did not Spawn

Description of issue - The final exfil did not populate on Dire Marsh. I was headed to the last exfil (before the final) and did not activate in time. So typically the Final Exfil spawns, but in this match, one did not. Please see screenshot below. This a quick screenshot of the map with approximately 3 seconds left, the final exfil icon was not seen at all during this time. No beacon. No 30 second countdown alert either. This ended up ruining my run and resulted in me losing my gear.
Date and time - 4/11/26 11:30AM - 12:00PM
Repro Steps - I just normally played the game until Final Exfil, where it did not spawn at all.

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring and are currently investigating.
Same thing just happened to me, was on Dire Marsh, decent Rook run and I head to where the final exfil spawns. The timer hits zero and starts the extra 60 seconds and... nothing. No audio of a exfil spawning, no spear of light, no timer. I was so confused I wondered if I had mistaken hitting zero for hitting the second to last minute. But nope, once timer finished it killed me. Lingered for a long time to on my body, like the game was not sure what was going on. You know what's worse than losing your loot to cheaters? Found it. Losing your loot to a major game mechanic deciding not to work today.
