Synapse Cubes disappearing??

Getting annoyed with this, I did about 10 cryo runs and exfiled with about 4 Synapse Cubes, and they've all just disappeared once I got back in the lobby. I only need a few more Arachne upgrades and this is stopping me from doing so.
