Server Issue
I was in queue for a server for a very long period of time (around 6-7 minutes) and our team decided to just alt f4 because we thought it was perhaps a server issue. Lost our loot due to us leaving back to the lobby without the exfil finalized even though we never connected to a match. Was wondering if we could please have a gear refunded from this issue.

We're sorry to hear about this issue.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
