Brocolli Errors Constantly

I just got the game, i played like 4 hours over a week just fine no crashed or anything, now my game has been crashing constantly for no reason with the error code brocolli. I checked for if there was any updates for windows or my nvidia drivers. nothing. I reinstalled the game, my Nvidia drivers, i even tried downgrading my drivers. I tried using dx11. I used ddu to clean install my drivers, i lowered my power management on the game. Nothing has worked. I have a 4070 Ti & a Ryzen 7900X, I know my pc can handle the game, but I keep having problems. I would really appreciate any assistance if possible, im trying to learn and enjoy the game, but I can't play a match without crashing, longest I can play right now is 2 games without a crash. I saw the known issue where if i stream with OBS or discord it crashed, im not streaming or recording my game, all hardware acceleration is off, I have no replay things on like Nvidia shadow replay. its still having issues

    Per our Broccoli error page: 

    BROCCOLI errors indicate there has been an issue detecting the player's GPU and are commonly caused by a driver crash.

    To attempt to mitigate this error, players should always ensure that their Operating System and Graphic Drivers are up-to-date with the latest version.

    If updating your OS, drivers, and all other software does not help the situation, we can only recommend trying previous versions, provided you are comfortable doing so.
