No Final Exfil on Dire Marsh

Description of Issue - There was a Lockdown event in Algae Ponds with a guarded exfil and normal exfil on the outside with potentially a normal exfil inside it as well. I was on the other side so I waited and was watching the timer and after the it went past 0 to start the final minute exfil, no marker spawned on map. There was no final exfil and the timer said it would exfil in 30 seconds (after the minute timer started) but then didn't and the game just had no exfils.
Rough Date and Time of issue - This occurred 4/10 around 1:30AM EST
Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,
