Cryo Archive Final Exfil Bug
Hello,
During a recent run of Cryo Archive, my crew and I were killed despite being in the final exfil well within the time limit allotted. We were bumped out of the exfil circle PAST the final T-10 0:00 second timer, to the point the HUD countdown timer was removed. Yet, we still died.
This was...incredibly frustrating to say the very least. If we were negligent and trying to slide into the final exfil 'bubble' at the last second, I wouldn't even blink. However, we were very much "in" for the exfil.
Any help getting my gear back as pictured below post-exfil screen would be great. I love this game but this felt wildly unfair and like a server-side bug/timing problem rather than client issues.

Is there an ETA on gear refunds or the like? My crew mate that did not exfil due to the bug lost their AI subroutine, to boot. So, it was a really demoralising run for our crew.
I empathise it's a bit tough to do wholesale gear returns, but anything along those lines would be immensely appreciated considering the rarity of many of my items and my crew mate's AI Subroutine.

Unfortunately, support is unable to manually restore lost loot.
We have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
