Ballistic Turbine x Flechette Grenade - Armory Barter BUG

Description of Issue - Exchanging ballistic turbines for 8x flechette grenades under MIDA barters is not working. It consumes the material for me (ballistic turbine) but does not provide me with the exchange (grenades). I used 6x ballistic turbines and received no grenades. I logged off and back on. I tried using send to vault and send to backpack. Neither worked and all attempts consumed my materials with nothing in return.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 4/9/26 3:30pm EST
Repro steps - Clicking on the barter exchange.

Hey, I’m glad you are aware. Meanwhile I just lost a ton of materials. Hope you all intend to make that right with the accounts impacted. Not sure why this is still showing up in the rotation if you are aware of it though.
