Game crashed mid solos game when fighting UESC

Issue: crashed in solos when fighting bots and died to bot when reconnecting...
Date and time : April 8, around 6:40pm CDT
Was in pinwheel in solos, when i was going into destroyed wing and started to fight 3 UESC bots and then my game just freezes and crashes with no error code... and when booting backup the game to get back into the match i was already killed and finished by the bot before i could reconnect... i was the last person in the lobby so i find it kind of ridiculous that this would happen.. also had a purple ammo bag i came in with.

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
