Exfil went off. still got run failed
Went through exfil. It was finally hit and locked before the game ended. Full animation happened. still died and lost everything.
If possible to get a refund, it would be awesome.

We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Same exact thing has happened to me almost 10 times in the past week. Lost soo much loot its depressing. Failed the mission. I'm standing in the exfil for 30 seconds. Exfil goes off, Game report as "Eliminated". This needs to be fixed.
