Dire Marsh no final exfil

- Description of Issue - Waited for final exfil on Dire Marsh, it never spawned. Team of 3 lost all our gear
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 08/04/2026 - 17:40
- Repro steps - Lockdown was on 2 of 3, no teams remaining. Playing with Bolbo#7119 & pennieeeeeee#9713
Any chance of getting lost items refunded for all involved?

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
