Dire marsh
My duo and I loaded into trio lobbies to use our purple key card, waited for final exfil and it never showed up, I have clips and picutres of our inventories. Are we able to get out gear back from the Run?

Thank you for your report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue with the final exfil in Dire Marsh and are working on a fix.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Just for clarity, is the problem a client-side issue? We had no internet instability of the time
Also id like to say that having a system in place for gear replacement would be great for the community, there's issues out of our control (cheating and bugs) that cause players to lose their time invested into the game and I dont believe the community sees that as fair.
