Marathon Cross Save Help

I’ve been playing marathon on ps5 and just recently got a PC. I have my psn account and steam account both linked on bungie. When I log into steam, it’s a whole new account on level 1. Is there any fix for this issue? I got up to over level 50 on ps5 and I don’t want to restart from scratch.

    Hi!

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles accessing your Marathon save on PC with Cross Save. A few things to try:

    1. Exit the game, quit the app, restart your platform, then log back in to Marathon to see if anything changes.
    2. Log out of the game and head to Bungie.net. Log in, go to your Profile Settings, then click the Account Linking button, confirm that the platform account you're attempting to play on is the same one linked to your Profile, and then log back in.
    3. Platform accounts must be linked to the same Bungie.net Profile for a Marathon account to be accessed on those platforms. To link an account to a Bungie Profile, please visit our Bungie.net Account Creation and Linking Guide for more information.
