Codex entry "God Will Sort The Dead" nearly incompletable

This Codex Entry requires the player to use the Final Extract after eliminating at least 9 other Runners. 

The catch is, you personally must eliminate 9 other runners without the help of your squad, it does not track team wide. In both Solo's and experimental Duo's, this task is quite literally impossible. Not enough Runners spawn across all 3 of the mainline maps to reach that number, and that's assuming that nobody dies to other Runners and you find them first. This means it can only be done in Trio's, which frankly is too tall of an ask to be possible. you'd have to load in either Crew Fill or with an organized team (as you can't solo queue into Trio's), leave them behind, kill 3 other possibly armed to the teeth squads without dying and then take final extract, praying that no other team got killed in the process. The only way I could see this being done is to solo kill 2 squads and then hunt down any Rooks that spawn on the map, but then you're at mercy of the recently terrible Rook spawns due to everyone loading into Outpost. 

Lastly, this and many other Contracts/Codex Triumphs suffer from inconsistent and misleading wording on how to complete their objectives. I still to this day don't understand the difference between Downing a Runner, Defeating a Runner or Eliminating a Runner and this Codex Entry doesn't help with that distinction. 

I hope to see this changed/fixed or at least have the number of Runners required to complete it be lowered because it's completely locking not only myself but many other players out of the ZoneWarden Title altogether. Requiring 9 solo Runner kills in a single match is unbelievably unrealistic and downright Impossible outside of the most perfect circumstances.
