Forced Forfeit
Me and my team extracted from Dire Marsh. All of us completed the run, but were forced to spectate another team, as if we still had an alive member. Trying to force the final menu it forced us to forfeit all of our loot.
We extracted roughly 6 minutes in the run, so it wasn't the 10 seconds case. And it wasn't a death, it was the game saying we had to either wait (Endlessly) or forfeit, and had practically no other option as there was nothing to wait
