UESC can become invisible but still shoot you

    Platform: Xbox Series X
    Description of Issue: https://www.xbox.com/pl-PL/play/media/U43vJN7PVd I was getting shot at but there was no visible enemy. At first I suspected cheaters/wallhacks so I stuck around and allowed myself to get killed by it. Turned out a UESC had somehow become invisible/had their location and model desynced. This is not the first time this has happened. Previously, worse, it was a sniper robot which does way more damage and killed me extremely quickly.
    Rough Date and Time of issue: 07/04/26 (DD/MM/YY)
    Repro steps: No idea
