Ps5- crashes

Whenever I’m in a party with friends I have contstant crashes when going into or coming out of a match. Like whenever it’s trying to sync us it just crashes. And when I come back voice comms are gone. Sometimes the voice chat will fix itself after a minute or two but not always. Very frustrating

    Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashes in your PS5. You might need to reinstall the game and clear your console cache to mitigate these crashes.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report.

    If you are still experiencing frequent crashing, can you please try the following:

    • Completely power down your PS5 (not rest mode), wait ~30 seconds, then start it back up.
    • Check for and install any system updates (PS5 system software)
    • On PS5, you can also try Rebuilding the Database by going into Safe Mode → Rebuild Database.
    • Reinstall Marathon and Clear your console's cache (Please check this guide.)

    Also, please make sure your console has good ventilation. Overheating can trigger safety shutdowns that look like random crashes.

    If you continue to experience this crashing after the above suggestions, then please let us know if you're seeing any error codes when it occurs, and we'll review.
