Did not get compiler/Cryo skin
Had a team that beat Cryo archive defeated the compiler encounter and successfully exfiled with NO disconnects and no lag outs. Start to finish done 30 ish minutes. I have all compiler loot in my vault for proof
Am I able to unlock the skin?? I played on recon only no other class.
you’re confident you killed the Compiler, exfilled, and still don’t see the skin for the runner you used, that’s not expected. In that case, adding:
Your platform (Steam/Epic/Xbox/PS5),
Your Bungie name,
Approximate date/time + timezone of the clear, and
Whether any disconnects or errors happened between the kill and exfil
If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
This will help the team investigate why the unlock didn’t grant properly.

I completed a cryo run with some team mates and we did the compiler and exfiled on time and I didn't get the cryo skin for my vandal, I have video proof of beating the compiler and exfiling.
I also did not get my vandal skin after defeating the compiler and exfilling, I have the ganglion in my vault to prove it

In order to earn the Compiler runner skin, you need to personally land damage on the Compiler itself while it’s exposed during its vulnerable phase. Helping with adds or terminals, carrying the Ganglion, or just being in the run isn’t enough to unlock the skin.

The vandal cryo skin was not gifted after completing a compiler run, I helped get to damage fase with computers then dealt damage to the compiler and exfiled, all of the things you've requested are in this youtube video I linked.

A couple of quick follow-up questions:
I did the cryo run with my two friends and we ran into an enemy team that was willing to help with complier because they had the key tags and batteries we needed for compiler, we all completed the complier and exfiled together. I play on PlayStation platform and the run was completely between 12am and 3am Saturday 4/25/26 eastern time. My two teammates were both the destoryer runner and they both were given the cryo skin. I was the only one in my group that wasn't gifted the skin. I have the compiler ganglion in my vault for completing the compiler. In the video attached earlier it shows me dealing damage to the complier during damage fase, exfiling with my team and the enemy team, and me having the compiler ganglion in my vault. The only issue I'm having is I wasn't gifted the vandal skin.
I don’t have a video as I was on pc with no recording software, I did do damage to the compiler while in damage phase, and both other teammates in my squad received the skin.

Right now, the way the Compiler rewards work in multi-team lobbies is pretty strict: only the crew that initiates the fight is guaranteed to get the associated Codex unlocks. Other teams in the space will only receive those unlocks if the game registers very specific direct damage events on the Compiler itself during its vulnerable phases.
The most reliable way to get credit is to run Cryo Archive with your crew starting the fight and making sure you’re actively damaging the Compiler during its exposed damage windows.
Our squad was the one to initiate the fight and we all did damage to the compiler.
I recently beat the compiler twice now and i got the ganglion or what ever
my friends got the skin and i did not
but i did damage both times ?
I did it on the 10th and my team was the one to put in the DNA vial, I dealt damage to it while it was open because I remember using the gold conquest and I didn't get the compiler charm, skin for triage, codex, etc, I also don't have access to the ganglion trades despite having one in my vault I'll attach an imgur link, the link to my main post, and another thing that could have caused a problem was that we killed compiler alongside 3 other random squads that we all exfilled with. I'm not happy with the lack of support I've seen from the team.
